Worst PC purchase ever! June 27, 2008 Steven Hitch (Omaha, NE) I bought two of these systems, and of all the systems I've bought, this was my worst buying decision ever. One of the two arrived unable to boot, and various basic remedies failed, so it was sent back for service. After I heard nothing back on its status, I emailed, and received a reply to the effect of ''yes, we have received that system, and are planning to build its replacement''. I nearly asked for a refund at that point, and should have. The replacement for that system arrived able to boot, but quickly declined to acting the same way as the system it replaced. It refuses to boot, and loops continually through attempts without any error indicating why it's resetting. I would like to return both systems for a refund at this point, but doubt I'll be able to, since it's been more than a month for the first system. Systemax is ignoring my emails! Still, I expect the remaining system to die the same way the other two did. Any cost saving is not worth the trouble - buy a better system elsewhere.
