This product is worthless. It's not for retail sales, since it only matches a certain type of computer network operation, which isn't disclosed. It's marketed with a CD, but it doesn't have one, so Symantec will conveniently make it obsolete if your computer crashes, i.e., buy a new version. Symantec installation support for this entire line of products is terrible. My techie agreed to 5-6 hours of installation time, and he's already gone way overboard. They won't answer phone calls unless you pay them, even to get the product on your computer. They take days to respond to emails. This is why I'm getting away from Symantec offerings, including Norton. The company is awful. Symantec personnel and products are anti-consumer.
