This was a Christmas present, I just love it. I have been going to gyms for years and always wanted a way to introduce new routines to my workouts. I always find it hard to remember the new routines I read in Mens Health magazine or taking cut out pages to the gym. This product simply does all that for me, I use it at home and also when I travel. Basically series of exercise routines that you like to follow with nice clear instructional images are downloaded into your pod. You can exercise and flip through the instructional images while you listen to your music.
