Not worth the trouble August 12, 2008

I bought this product with a rebate that would make the product free, and I still feel I paid too much. At first it seemed to work okay, but when I tried to set up an account to download my ringtones to my phone, I got a script error, from their page. It took them 3 days to correct this error, which would affect anyone who was trying to connect to make a new account. The customer support was friendly, but not very useful. I am currently waiting for an update to this software to finish, and I thought I would take this time to warn other. It is a bit difficult considering there splash screen is sitting in the middle of my screen and will not move. Look to another product for your ringtone needs for this one is buggy.

While this product works for most phones, it does not work for Nextel or services that lock out user features or ability to personalize a phone (unless one pays for buying a 10-15 second ring tone or other sound through the service provider.) I have not chosen to buy an unlock code for any of my phones. That is probably the only way one can get nearly full use of the software as it was designed to be used. Even when using the updates and upgrades, this program is still mediocre at best.

This program does not work with Razor phones. Says it does but the phone is not listed. Free ring tones are horrible. Can't get my music onto phone no matter what I tried.

This program is awful. It doesn't support my cell phone carrier and their selection of over 5,000 ringtones are terrible!!!

I bought this program about a week before I upgraded to Vista and it stopped working. Customer service responded a week later by saying that it will not work with Vista. They offered no help and no refund. They did, however, ask me buy more of their products.
