I could never get this to work. I tried several times and even sent an email which was never answered. This product now sits dormant, and will probably never be used. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have had VirusScan Home Edition 7.0 for about a year now and it has been great. It's fire wall is simple to operate and the instant update feature is a big help. I haven't been infected by anything the entire time I've had it! (The was no problem with sp2 either.)
