Piece of garbage. Unable to install. zero stars July 12, 2008

I was unable to install this program because the serial number is contradictory to the instructions and impossible to use. Error messages say no lower case symbols, but serial number contains several as written. The serial number given contains lower case numbers and lots of vague terms eg. I vs l vs 1, 0 vs O, S vs 5, B vs 8 etc. The serial number is written so small that you need a magnifying glass and a bright light to read it. I spent 1.5 hrs typing all the permutations and was unable to install. I design websites and have installed hundreds of programs. There is not phone number to call. I just wasted $160. I am going to try to return it.
