junk! July 9, 2008 Vicky L. Verheyen I bought this product directly from the manufacturer, Broderbund. Not only did I get ripped off on the price ($25)..shame on me, but the software SUCKS!!! There is no manual, and no technical support beyond the FAQ's section. I put it on my hard drive, but every time I want to print something, it asks me to insert a disk. then it prints everything (usually) except like the LAST word on a greeting card...not only is it NOT user friendly, it doesn't do what it is supposed to do. I wasted $25 bucks, and I hope nobody else does the same. I also had an earlier version (15) and it was good. This one, however is JUNK.
Good but sloow to load March 30, 2007 L. Lannoye (North Carolina) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Print shop is easy to use, but, even with a 2 gHZ processor is much too slow to load.
Print shop 22 won't print February 17, 2007 M. Lauter 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I have been using Print Shop 15 Deluxe and was very happy. I lost a CD so decided to buy the new version Print Shop 22. It was a big mistake. I have never been able to get it to print a whole card. It takes forever to spool the print job and then only prints a part of the graphics. TechSupport was limited to FAQ and did not address my problem. I spent an hour or two winding my way through the maze of online support and gave up. My email to Encore was not answered. I am going to go and buy a new copy of the old Print shop 15.
