Customer Reviews:
Product review February 16, 2007 Arthur Grant (Florida USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The software seems complete enough; however, not all functions are straight forward - for example, I feel it's a little cludgy instantly changing from one individual view to another. Maybe it's just not apparent to me - maybe I have to delve deeper into the documentation - but at that point I feel a deficit in the User Interface. Therefore this inadequacy compels me to assign this product a demerit from the possible max score. The so called free subscription to the online genealogical database was so convoluted to subscribe to, and I don't know if I accomplished it or not. If it's advertised as incuded with the product, then I feel it should be included in the review - and thus another demerit from the possible max score.
