I have Descriptions Now as part of the Ultimate Employer package. We wanted to use it to save time writing job descriptions and to be consistent as we wrote descriptions for people performing vastly different responsibilities. What surprised us was the reaction of our team members. They are much more confident in their work, in the company and are taking more ownership in their responsibilities. Great package.
