    When our wretched Windows machine died a couple of weeks ago, we replaced it with a Mac mini. Since sticker shock was pretty bad, we wanted to reuse the keyboard and mouse, but they had PS/2 connectors, while the mini only had USB inputs. Got this cable, plugged them in, and they work just fine. No hiccups, no problems. A lot cheaper than a new keyboard and mouse.

    I'm using this adapter to plug my notebook (Dell Latitude) into my cybex KVM. This cable does exactly what I need it to do - it converts the PS2 cables for keyboard/mouse to USB. Works great!

    My uncle got a new PC and wanted to use his old Gateway 2000 "AnyKey" keyboard, which is PS/2 only. His new Dell Inspiron 530S PC had only USB connections. The Adesso adapter worked perfectly.
